Give me a call, and we will spend about 20 minutes on the phone discussing your needs and the fit with counselling.
Therapy and counselling are collaborative processes where you work together with your psychologist. I will work initially to understand the issues that you bring to counselling, giving you the opportunity to tell your story in your own way. We will then identify goals for the counselling process, and steps towards achieving your goals. Creating change can be a difficult process, and some issues take more time and work than others. I am present to support you with the change process.
